Shipping & Returns
Due to our commitment to customer satisfaction; we optimize the shipping cost on each item(s) we sell. King Headz, Inc. offers several shipping options to choose from through United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). There maybe additional charges for special shipping arrangements.
This is based on the time of day your order is placed, the type of product, and on the shipping method you choose. Please remember that shipping companies do not count the weekends as shipping days. If you have a critical shipment you can call us at 1-219-465-7373 to check stock status first. UPS offers Saturday delivery for an additional charge; we can arrange that type of shipment on the phone only.
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped to the number of boxes received before signing for a shipment. If a box does not arrive on time, please note that multi-box shipments sometimes arrive separately. Weather conditions or national holidays may also delay boxes. As tracers are not effective until at least one day after normal arrival time, please contact KING HEADZ, INC. 24 hours after they expected delivery on group shipments. Please also note that air shipments are often routed through different drivers that ground shipments and may arrive at a different time of day. Most carriers now provide on-line 24/7 tracking though the Web. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
World Wide Shipping:
King Headz, Inc. ships world wide. All items shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.All oreders are shipped complete, no back orders. If an OUT OF STOCK item is ordered then the order will be held until stock is available.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 10 days under the following guidelines.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.
All returns require a return authorization # and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact us for your return authorization #.
Returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to higher restocking fees.
All returns are to be sent back freight pre-paid, insured. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
If you are requesting another item in exchange for returned merchandise, and if that item is a different price, please indicate how you wish to pay or be credited for the difference. (MasterCard, Visa)
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We will take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions.
If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issues for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.
Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.

All such documents and graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, KING HEADZ, INC. shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, KING HEADZ, INC. shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
We will go all out to help you choose the right product (s) for your needs. And we will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. But there is a limit to everything. And here is ours: We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. This includes all products sold by KING HEADZ, INC.
We accept Visa and MasterCard through phone orders and through PAY PAL. If you are having your merchandise sent to an address that is different from your billing address we request that the address be on file with the credit card company. KING HEADZ, INC. has the right to turn down an order that is shipped to an address other than the billing address on your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is on file with the credit card issuing bank so we can process your order.
All KING HEADZ, INC. products carry a limited (2) two year warranty from the date of purchase against manufactures defects. Return the damaged item(s) to KING HEADZ, INC. Upon return of the product(s) KING HEADZ, INC. will determine if the item damaged is a manufacturing defect or from user misuse.
